This is a great product. Much more pleasant and effective than the pharmaceuticals recommended by my doctors.  I only use a little every other day anything more causes side effects. I’m 58 years old and happy to be getting back in a regular groove.😉

Every body is different. I could not tolerate the 2 full pumps that are recommended. Thankfully I read a lot of the Parlor Games facebook posts. I learned to adjust the usage to what my body could tolerate. I decreased usage to 1 pump a day. I am glad I stuck with it. It took about 2 months, but I am no longer afraid to have sex.

Unfortunately for me the one lasting issue I had with the "change of life" was painful sex due to vaginal wall thinning. After trying different prescription meds I ran across this cream - within weeks I was back to enjoying what I thought was gone forever! Both my husband and I thank you!!!!!

I have a bad reaction to Rx vaginal estradiol - painful breasts, bloating, weight gain. This does not subside.with lowered doses or continued use. The estriol in SPC works so much better with my body! Gentle, effective at plumping up tissue, eliminates dryness, helps with urinary symptoms of peri and menopause. It has not given my libido a boost, but it works for everything else. I am also on BHRT (compounded Biest cream and progesterone), and this is an excellent supplement. As a bonus, I use a little SPC on my upper lip and forehead, it smooths out a lot of the fine lines. I have been using it for a couple of years, good stuff!

I also want to list a few other changes I made during this time, because after doing research there is more to our symptoms that are not all age related. I do my best to stay hydrated with fresh water and natural juices, I decreased my daily caffeine intake, I apply a cold pressed oil on my labia to help lock in moisture, I am trying to be more aware of my stress levels (I went to the Caribbean for two weeks, this really helped haha), I use a lube during sex that is specifically for mature skin (I don’t need it every time, but it is within reach when I do need it). Most importantly, I talked about all of this with my partner, so there is an understanding of what my body is going through before, during and after sex. Next I will be working on researching a natural moisturizer, because I am not producing nearly as much natural lubricant as I was, even just one year ago. I gave 4 stars for the pump. It doesn’t always dispense perfectly, sometimes there are air bubbles and other times the small amount of product that remains in the small tube dries and it dispenses a dried piece of product. Not a deal breaker and I will keep using and recommending. Be patient, give it some time to work and consider my suggestions for helping your skin stay hydrated. 

This has been a LIFE SAVER for me and my lady bits which had become thin, dry and soooo painful to be intimate with my hubby.
1st thing MY HUBBY NOTICED was that we were no longer having to use lube. My own juices had began to flow ! It's only gotten better from there. Wow!! Just WOW!! I am 66 years old so hormones said goodbye a number of years back. My Gyn doc retired so hadn't gone in search of another. My symptoms were over the top. Sadly, I had many side effects from this estriol based cream ... bloated, weight gain, and a vaginal infection to boot! I really had high hopes it would work for me. I tried it daily for the better part of a month and have now stopped it. I just don't think it's for everyone.

I never write reviews but compelled to write this because of the relief it brought.  I’m in early peri and wasn’t quite ready to go full hormone replacement but was having extremely dry and ITCHY feelings down there!  The very first time I used it I felt relief the next morning.  I don’t even need to use it everyday at this point.  I just use when I start to get that feeling and it’s knocked out.  I don’t want to be without it!
