Suffering from pain, inflammation, aches, brain fog, lack of focus, poor concentration, fatigue, and a general feeling of ‘meh’? You go visit a doctor and are told that you don’t need anything and to just deal with it since it’s ‘just a part of aging’... (thanks for nothing Doc!)
Contrary to what you might have heard, our bodies DO need hormones - no matter our age. DHEA is what is known as a ‘precursor’ hormone. This means it makes many of the other hormones that our bodies need (like testosterone and estrogen).
And our bodies still need at least SOME of those hormones if we intend to age well. After all, we’ve still got brains, kidneys, skin, joints, muscles, even if things might be a little wrinklier or foggier! And they need our support!
ReBounce with DHEA can be helpful if you want:
And a whole lot more!
While Silky Peach Cream can help with a specific problem (vaginal dryness), ReBounce DHEA helps to resolve systemic issues like inflammation, brain dysregulation, and overall energy levels.
Adding ReBounce to your routine can be a gamechanger - and works amazingly alongside Vibrant Third (to help balance the increase in estrogen - which we do recommend).
You may be able to gradually reduce your frequency of Silky Peach as your overall estrogen levels increase from the DHEA converting (eventually) to estriol.
Unlike DHEA pills, ReBounce cream, applied topically, absorbs directly into your blood stream, bypassing the liver, and allowing a portion of the hormone to cross the blood-brain barrier, aiding brain health.
With clean ingredients and bioidentical DHEA, ReBounce supports your wellness and vitality from the inside out, leaving you renewed, revitalized, and ready to ReBounce.
Balance your body with ReBounce DHEA cream, formulated for women over 55 years old, so you can age amazingly!
SUGGESTED USE:
Typical use of DHEA is ½ to 1 pump per day. Each pump provides 5 mg of DHEA. After 1-2 months, one pump every 2-3 days may be enough, or half a pump every other day. The goal is just enough to restore healthy function, without too much. Use in the morning.
PRECAUTIONS:
For topical use only. In women, overuse can result in oily skin, acne, hirsutism, hair loss. Some patients may be sensitive to even small amounts of ReBounce and may experience agitation. Use half a pump instead of a full pump. Do not use if you have a history of endometriosis, fibroids, breast cancer, or sensitivity to estrogen.

What is DHEA? What does it do?
DHEA (Dehydroepiandosterone) is a steroid hormone. DHEA acts in many areas of the brain and body for positive effect AND is what’s called a prohormone. As a prohormone DHEA is converted to testosterone, DHT (dihydrotestosterone). Testosterone is then converted to estradiol. DHEA is important for muscle mass, bone density, in combating stress and depression, immunity, brain health, memory, reducing inflammation, reducing diabetes risk, reducing cancer risk, cardiovascular health, sexual function. DHEA levels peak in the late 20’s and decline steadily after that. By age 75, levels can be 10-15% of what they were when we were young.
Who is ReBounce for?
DHEA is a complex hormone with many actions in the body. We highly recommend checking with your doctor if you would like to incorporate DHEA in your daily or weekly health routine. ReBounce DHEA is for women age 55 and over.
Why can't I use it if I'm under 55?
DHEA peaks at around age 30 and then declines steadily. By age 75 we have 10%-15% of those peak levels. DHEA is used in various locations in the body and brain AND some of it is metabolized to testosterone and then to estrogen. Using DHEA can therefor increase estrogen levels. When women are in perimenopause and still have their periods DHEA should only be used after hormone testing and when specifically recommended by a practitioner. This is because they often still have plenty of estrogen so adding some DHEA could increase those estrogen levels further, which can lead to estrogen dominance.
Estrogen is important and is best balanced by enough progesterone. This perimenopausal phase is when women usually still have plenty of estrogen but their progesterone levels are dropping. This creates an imbalance, and a hormone gap. During perimenopause many women can benefit from using progesterone in the second half of their cycle to make sure there isn't a gap between estrogen and progesterone.
It is usually a few years AFTER menopause that estrogen levels will start to drop. At that point it can make sense to use some DHEA without risking estrogen dominance. Stress is a big part of fatigue and brain fog felt by many women in perimenopause. Even though we have all heard the advice before, keeping stress to a minimum and making sure you have enough progesterone can go a long way to help perimenopausal symptoms.
I'm already using SPC and V3, why would I want to add RB?
You many not need to use ReBounce if you have enough estrogen from using Silky Peach Cream. Someone experiencing loss of energy, increased fatigue, decreased motivation, lack of libido, are dealing with more stress or is losing bone density could benefit from using ReBounce in the short or long term. We highly recommend checking with your doctor if you would like to incorporate DHEA in your daily or weekly health routine.
How do I use RB? When should I use it?
Typical use of DHEA is ½ to 1 pump per day. Each pump provides 5 mg of DHEA. After 1-2 months, one pump every 2-3 days may be enough, or half a pump every other day. The goal is just enough to restore healthy function, without too much. The amount of DHEA in the cream is 20% the amount in a DHEA capsule because it is all absorbed quickly into the skin and does not have to be broken down first in the liver.
Always apply ReBounce in the morning as it will increase brain excitability. If applied at night - it could keep you awake until 4 in the morning!
Where do I apply it?
Apply to thin areas of the skin such as behind the knee, tops of the feet. ReBounce can be applied to inner arms and tops of the hands - but only if you will NOT be hugging children. Children do NOT need DHEA!
How do I know if it's working?
For most people, the loss of DHEA has been slow and steady over many years. Starting to use some DHEA will gradually begin to resupply the reservoir of DHEA and its cousin compound DHEA-S which is the stored form of DHEA. As the reservoir refills and the body and brain have a supply of DHEA things like aches and pains start to disappear, energy levels start to increase, mood and motivation improves. Some women experience an improvement in libido and more vaginal lubrication. Others will experience improvements in memory and brain processing and reduced feelings of anxiety. A lot depends on the starting point. Some other effects will not really be visible such as improvements in bone density and better glucose management - this can take longer term use to have a positive effect.
Is there anyone who should avoid RB?
Yes. Women who are estrogen dominant or have any estrogen dominance related health issues such as endometriosis. Anyone with cardiac issues should definitely consult with a doctor before using DHEA. Anyone who has trouble sleeping. When used in excess, DHEA can increase facial hair and acne so if this has been an issue, DHEA probably is not a good match. People with liver disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, blood clotting disorders, and hormonal disorders should take caution when using DHEA. People with hormone-sensitive cancers such as prostate, breast, or ovarian should not take DHEA as it converts into estrogen in the body.
Why shouldn't I use it if I'm under 55?
We know that DHEA levels decline with age, many women still continue to make adequate DHEA until around age 55-60. Because some of the DHEA will end up converted to estrogen, it is important to allow time for estrogen levels to drop before using DHEA. Existing levels of estrogen plus DHEA can lead to estrogen dominance.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Because it can take several weeks for DHEA levels to rebuild we suggest you give it 6-8 weeks to try. If the cream results in difficulty sleeping, increased anxiety, racing heart beat, dizziness, low blood pressure, bleeding and blood-clotting problems then stop immediately.
What are the indications I'm using too much?
It’s easy to have too much of a good thing when using DHEA helps you feel well. But it is very easy to have too much DHEA. DHEA will act to increase glutamate - one of the excitatory neurotransmitters and also to inhibit GABA - one of our calming neurotransmitters. Too much DHEA can result in over-excitability and insomnia. Because DHEA is a prohormone - it’s the foundation for other hormones including Testosterone, DHT, Estradiol. Too much DHEA can result in an increase in these other hormones beyond optimal levels.
Should I get my hormones tested if I am using DHEA?
Yes! Because DHEA is a prohormone - it is the foundation for other hormones including Testosterone, DHT, Estradiol. Too much DHEA can result in an increase in these other hormones beyond optimal levels. Everyone’s genetic make up is different and there are no hard and fast rules on how much DHEA will be converted to Testosterone so getting your hormone levels tested helps you understand if you are using too much.
Will DHEA help my mood?
One of the reasons DHEA is known as the wellness hormone is because it helps people feel and be healthy. Because DHEA supports the immune function and fights inflammation the body isn’t expending its energy on trying so hard to heal and repair. That means there is more energy available for other activities. DHEA also increases glutamate - one of the excitatory neurotransmitters. Increase glutamate from low levels helps the brain make connections better and improves mood.
Will it help my libido?
There has been some research on the impact of DHEA supplementation on libido and the results are mixed. Some of the DHEA will be converted to testosterone and that IS important for libido. While DHEA will not ever be a short term “libido boost” some people do report that over time, the gradual increase in both testosterone and estradiol levels does make them more interested in their partner again.

FYI – Estriol is beneficial for skin integrity and mucous membranes. It’s great for vaginal atrophy and also amazing for use on the face and neck. Applying a small amount – about a pump – can help build the collagen and plump up the cells to reduce wrinkles. Who knew!!
