Vitamin E Suppositories: What Research Shows
05/07/2024

Vitamin E suppositories are often recommended as a natural option for intimate moisture and comfort. But what does the science actually say? We did some digging to find out.

One published study compared vitamin E with conjugated estrogens in terms of how they supported intimate comfort and moisture in women noticing changes in vaginal skin. The results were fairly straightforward: the estrogen group saw more improvement than the vitamin E group — but the vitamin E group did notice improved comfort and moisture, albeit less. The two can also be used together, and vitamin E suppositories offer a gentle option for women seeking additional intimate moisture and comfort.
