Orders & Shipping
  • How long until my order ships?

    We do our best to get your order out within 1–3 business days. If something's back-ordered or there's a delay, we'll email you so you're not left wondering.

  • My package says it was delivered, but I can't find it. What now?

    Unfortunately, once a carrier marks a package as delivered to your proper address, it's out of our hands — we're not able to replace or refund lost or stolen packages. If you live somewhere packages tend to disappear, please ship to an address where you know it'll be safe.

  • You sent me the wrong thing — help!

    That's on us. Don't open the seal on whatever arrived, take a quick photo of the incorrect shipment, and contact us right away. We'll get the right product shipped out and send you a return label for the mix-up.

Returns & Refunds
  • What's your 100% Happiness Guarantee?

    We want you to feel safe and confident trying any of our products. That's why we promise 100% money-back guarantee on the purchase price of the first bottle of any of our products. Balancing hormones DOES take some time, so please try it for 28 days. If after 28 days you are unhappy, or the product just hasn't worked for you, simply contact us and we'll process a refund of your full purchase price upon receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable.

  • What if I've ordered before and want to return something?

    For repeat orders, we accept returns on unopened bottles with an unbroken seal within 21 days of your ship date. You'll need to contact us first to get an RMA number — returns that show up without one won't be eligible for a refund. Return shipping is on you unless we made the error.

  • My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

    Grab your phone and photograph the shipping bag and the bottle immediately. Then contact us within 2 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement once we see the photos. The quick timeline matters — don't sit on it.

Subscriptions
  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Easy — no phone calls, no hunting. Five days before your next charge, you'll get an email with a direct cancellation link right in the message. Click it and you're done. If you want to cancel sooner than that window, you can login to your Account on our website, or just reach out to us directly and we'll take care of it.

  • Can I skip a shipment, change my frequency, or push my next ship date?

    Yes to all of the above. Log into your account, find the pink "Manage Subscriptions" button, and you'll see everything that's active along with options to skip, change frequency, or adjust your next ship date. There's also a short video walkthrough if you'd rather just see it done.

  • How do I access my account?

    Go to parlor-games.com, click the Account tab in the top navigation, and sign in with the email you used at checkout. If it's your first time logging in to your Account portal, you'll need to first click the link to setup your password.

  • The product images in my subscription don't look right.

    The subscription landing page inside your account shows the products from your original order. If you've added or removed items since then, the image won't update — but your actual active subscription will. Click the pink "Manage Subscriptions" button to see exactly what's active right now.
