Wholesale Registration

Thank you for your interest in opening and maintaining a Wholesale account with Parlor Games. Parlor Games is primarily a direct-to-consumer business however we honor and appreciate Practitioners who are committed to providing effective and affordable hormone creams for their patients and so have established a select Wholesale Account Program. Wholesale minimum is 12 bottles of any one SKU. Strict Minimum Retail Pricing Policy adherence is required to open and maintain a wholesale account with Parlor Games. Infringement of the Minimum Retail Pricing Policy will result in immediate termination of the account.

Wholesale Program Parameters

• Due to wholesale packaging constraints, product orders less than a case cannot be combined to reach next Tier pricing status
• Return policy: within 30 days, in original packaging and postage paid by customer
• MAPP Compliance required with a zero tolerance violation policy.
• Any Parlor Games product may not be listed less than retail
• Subscription models are reserved for Parlor Games
• Wholesale Partners may offer one-time purchase only. However Parlor Games products can be bundled with other Practice services.
• Parlor Games products are for in-practice distribution only and cannot be offered online.
• Please be sure to provide Parlor Games Brochures with all orders. Brochures are shipped free with every order.
• Parlor Games can provide Practice Training for Practice employees and is developing a searchable FAQ resource.
• Payment can be made via by ACH; credit cards are accepted with a 3% Surcharge Fee
• For a Practice with multiple locations ordering separately - an account is required for each location
• Tax exemption certificate required for all receiving locations
• Freight charges apply and are added to invoice before payment processing

Minimum Pricing Policy Agreement

A Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) on all Parlor Games products is in permanent effect.

A Minimum Retail Price (MRP) on all Parlor Games products is in permanent effect. Parlor Games has been building a brand of strong recognition and a high perceived value since 2020. By not adhering to the established Minimum Retail Price (MRP) a reseller can have a dramatic effect of diminishing or detracting from the perceived value of the Parlor Games brand and its products. Therefore, you will need to agree and abide by the following requirements and restrictions.

The MAP/MSRP policy works under the following guidelines:

1. The MAP for any Parlor Games product shall not be less than the current MSRP, as published on the Parlor Games price sheet. MAP pricing is established by Parlor Games and may be adjusted by Parlor Games at its sole discretion.
2. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of Parlor Games products in any and all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage.
3. Parlor Games products may not be sold on a Practice Website or other e-commerce site. Products are to be sold In-Practice only.
4. The inclusion in advertising free or discounted products (whether made by Parlor Games or another manufacturer) with a product covered by the MAP policy would be contrary to the policy if it has the effect of discounting the Retail price of the covered product below the MAP.
5. MAP does not establish maximum Retail prices. All Practices may offer Parlor Games products at any price in excess of the MAP.
6. The Practice agrees to hold all trademarks and copyrights of Parlor Games as the property of Parlor Games and use advertising materials provided by Parlor Games in an authorized manner only.
7. Failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of Practice wholesale account.
